« Waiting | Main | Saying good-bye »

December 15, 2006

I know it's hard. I commented on my mother in your last post. The doctor's had said any day but she actually passed a week and a half after that. Take comfort and strength in each other and God.

Karen Herreid (your dad's friend)

My thoughts are with you. I was talking to your dad this morning. Last Christmas we went through the same thing with my Aunt Leona. We felt fortunate that in retrospect she suffered so little. She was almost 93 and only spent 2 weeks in the nursing home dying. I still cried when I got the call.

The waiting is so awful...

Sending more hugs to you and your loved ones.
