I am loving your NYC retrospective. You were in some PRIME real estate! I am also resisting the urge to track down your company via these pictures. ;) But isn't that orange hotel great? It's my "we're near the Port Authority!" landmark and never fails to make me smile--both because I'm almost home and because of its wonderful color and design.

I grew up about an hour from NYC and never liked it. We, too, thought it was "dangerous". I'd probably like it now.

I am such a small town rube, so I can only guess that I lived in NYC in a former life, because I took to it from the minute I was there. On the other hand, isn't it great finally really FINDING something, whether it's a place or a book or an activity, that's been there all along waiting for you?
