Two Benadryl?! I wouldn't even consider taking one unless I had a full 24 hours to sleep it off. That stuff'll knock you on your ass.

An hour of cardio !?

Do intervals. Unless you're training to run a marthon, they're just as effective for aerobic training and fat loss, and you can get a really effective workout in about 20 minutes.
